| Comments: | I have been recommending and using QuantumRBS backup solution for 6 months, and have been
very pleased. My business is in the medical industry, and my customers are veterinary
hospitals spanning across 3 countries. After embarking on an extensive project of
researching many backup solutions, looking at the options from free to expensive,
and obtaining enough training that I could choose the best solution I could find,
I settled on Quantum RBS for many reasons. Their support is top notch, and quality
of product including the technology utilized is first rate. The data I am protecting
is critically important, and involves medical record data. For my customers, the speed
of restore is critical, encryption, protection, ease of setup, and time involved to
perform backups, as well as bandwidth overhead utilized during backups are all important
factors which weigh heavily. It is my reputation on the line if I recommend a bad
product to my customers (hospitals), if I am to recommend one at all. Additionally,
I must keep in mind legal requirements in 3 different countries, and I have chosen to
recommend QuantumRBS. Keep up the good work! It's re-assuring to find a company with
such a high level of integrity and knowledge in this field.
